Refund & Cancellation Policy

Parayoo sells one-time word packs — digital credits added to your balance immediately after payment. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

Because word credits are delivered instantly and consumed as you use them, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, contact us within 7 days and we’ll review a refund.

Payment charged but words not credited

If your payment succeeded but the words were not added to your balance, you will not be charged twice — and we will fix it. Email pooja@voislabs.com with your payment reference and we’ll credit the words or issue a full refund, typically within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
