Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Parayoo, operated by Kelwo, Muthukulam, Kerala, India. By using Parayoo you agree to them. Questions: pooja@voislabs.com.

The service

Parayoo converts speech and Manglish into Malayalam script and offers AI formatting and export tools. We aim for accuracy but transcription and AI output can contain errors — always review output before relying on it.

Free allowance and word packs

• Every user gets a free daily word allowance, which resets each day.
• Word packs are one-time purchases of word credits. Credits never expire and are not a subscription — there is no recurring charge.
• Word credits and the free allowance are consumed as you use metered features (voice typing, conversion, and AI formatting).
• Prices are shown in INR and processed by Razorpay.

Your content

You own the text you create with Parayoo. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process and store it so the service works (see our Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Parayoo to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its rate limits.

Availability and warranty

Parayoo is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kerala having jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
